The prophet Isaiah spoke on behalf of God, “Behold I do a new thing!”  I find great joy in watching the Spirit of God move in the lives of a new generation of Christian leaders.  Watching Phil Baker grow as a young man of God and vibrant leader has given me particular delight. I first met Phil as I taught him in a homiletics class at Houston Baptist University.  Later I saw how God used him as a gifted pastor.  Through his writing in this book I have come to know yet another dimension of his multi-faceted ministry. I commend this book to you wholeheartedly.  You will profit greatly by reading it and taking the truth into your soul.  In this book Phil demonstrates that the Spirit of our God is blowing with a new and fresh wind upon His church.
